CANCELLATION POLICY:

At SNB Hair, I strive to provide exceptional service and personalized attention to each of our clients. To ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients' needs and maintain a high standard of service, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: It's kindly requested a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.​

2. Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments canceled on the day of the scheduled service will be considered a no-show and will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service cost. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please understand that last-minute cancellations disrupt our schedule and impact our ability to accommodate other clients.

3. Late Arrivals: I understand that sometimes unforeseen delays may occur. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure that we can provide you with the full service experience without compromising our commitment to punctuality for other clients.

4. Refund Policy: SNB Hair does not offer refunds for any services provided. However, I am dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction, and every effort will be made to address any concerns or issues you may have regarding your service. Your feedback is invaluable, and I encourage you to communicate any questions or concerns you may have so that we can make every effort to exceed your expectations.

5. Guest Policy: To maintain a relaxing and professional atmosphere for all our clients, guests, including children, are not permitted to join you during your service. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated in this matter.
